Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with either of those places since I've never needed offsite storage. My recommendation would be to go and visit each place and see how they operate. My key concerns would be security, electrical connection for maintaining the battery, humidity and temp control, pest control and how they space the vehicles to protect them from dings.
