Apparently there are lots of decommissioned airstrips in the US where speed runs can be done legally. You'll have to do a bit of a search.

As above, I think you'd really get your rocks off down Mosport's back straight--just slow down for the curves

Tons of opportunity with various groups and local--perfect......
