After this weekend we both Niels and I have the max 25 participation points and both completed 7 of 8 races. Niels will be leading. By 1 point.

I was tempted to rent it for the sprint races.
The E field was fantastic!

Accumoto display was first class as always!

I'm still traveling (in NC for a wedding) but I had fun and the Turtle survived. Did a top end rebuild to fix the bent valve between LS and RA (thank you Jerry Woods) and had everything ready for fun at RA.

God how I hate cars with more HP that park it in the turns. I ran a personal best 2:25.8 on Thursday to get things started but then was pretty much stuck behind cup cars for the rest of the weekend. I don't think I did better than a 2:27 once stuck with the cups. They pass or pull way ahead of me on the front straight, I catch them and sit on their *** from the carousel until T14 and then we repeat. Only when I could get a pass at between T5 and T8 did it seem I could keep ahead. Anyway, enough of the whining. I had fun.

Once the video finishes loading, Race 1 is here:

I get home on Sunday and should get video from the enduro uploaded then. Sprint #2 was a bust as I had a suspension/tire issue and withdrew about 2/3 through the race. We fix it and ran the enduro, where I think we finished 3rd in class.

I was amazed at the number of guys that passed me under yellow. The one right at start finish was pretty obvious but no black flag for him. In a later race I got passed before T3 when we had been under full-course yellow since T12/Canada Corner (4 flag stations later). Still it was fun.

Tom, you looked hooked up all weekend. I got a nice shot of you exiting turn 12. If you PM me your e-mail, I'll send you the file.
