I was missing a photo of serial and part number on the bottom of the seat but they should have all my information now.

Hoping to get the seat soon.

Know someone that got their new seat, seemed happy although I think all are a little miffed by the time it has taken. But all in all he is happy.

last i heard on the Pole Positions they are still filling recall orders. However i have been able to get some SPG's, which have also been out of stock for months due to their restructuring.

Emailed my documentation last week and haven't heard anything, yet. Just left a voicemail message requesting confirmation of receipt. Found my invoice, too and it looks like I just miss out on the free replacement by 5 weeks.

The contact that finally got back to me had an out of office email and I think she's back this week.

A different person in customer support confirmed the ship date this morning.

Given the 8 months it took them to replace it might just take me that long to box them up and ship them back.

I’ve left them 5 voicemail messages since May and no one has called me back. Did it take you guys several messages to get a call back?

sometimes. i haven't heard back yet after leaving the latest voicemail message. Are you calling the number in Michigan?

The only person that has been responsive at all at Recaro is someone named Beverly. She just responded to my latest email with an offer of a 20% discount on a new seat since I missed the cutoff by 5 weeks. Needless to say, I'm not happy and will not be purchasing any Recaro products in the future.
