Default Fikse dealer in Maryland? Also, looking for 18" FM-10's.

I seem to recall someone had a phone number for a Fikse dealer in Maryland who had decent pricing on new wheels but I can't seem to find it in the search.

I've decided to go with 18" Fikse FM-10's, so if anyone has a set of four for a 993, let me know!

Thanks,

Mark,

Call Ryan at The Racers Group. I bought my FM-10's & BBS's from them. Great prices, quick delivery and best of all... they fit! Plus they need the profit for their racing program.

I know for a fact that Pete and Paul, owners of Performance Auto. in Malvern, Pa. sell these wheels at the lowest price allowed by fikse. They'll drop ship them to your door with or without tires (they're also a tire rack dealer with hunter run-flat tire equipement.)

Okay, Bill. I didn't know they had good prices. Thanks!

I saw your car at the Schattenbaum DE on Friday but every time I came around you were on the track or not to be found. Scott Stusek and I had a blast in our run group. He and I are very close in speed, so it's fun to chase or be chased by him.

Dave,
I live in Phoenixville as well, and am over at Pete and Paul's all the time.... we've probably crossed paths as I worked there two summers ago and I run the red 911 #65 with their name on the top. Anyway, I thought it was coll to see another guy so close to home on here.

Well its amazing how small the web gets sometimes. Yes we probably have crossed paths. Although the p-car hasn't needed much work this year. I have the black C2 with the Fikse FM 10 and all the race goodies from Dougherty's when Pete and Paul where there. Performance ROCKS!

Mitch and Dave - thanks for your replies. I just gave Pete a call. He said he would need to see the car to measure everything befero he could order the wheels. I'll try Racer's Group on Friday.

Dave - didn't mean to imply that I was put off by Performance Auto in the least. I have no idea what these wheels cost from a dealer and want to get some prices from a few vendors. The Racer's Group comment was indirectly meant for Bill.

Hey, no foul, no harm. I sometimes get carried away here, Performance is a great shop, it's also 4 miles from my house. Doubt I' drive to Maryland to get wheels. FM 10's look great on later 911's

Mark,

I was probably the one who mentioned Radial Tire in Silver Spring.

I haven't compared their prices against everyones, but they were lower than several others that I checked. Here's the contact info:
Paul Marcoones
Radial Tire
(301) 585-2740

Not sure what tires you're going to run, but they're also a Toyo distibutor and they stock the RA1s at the lowest prices I've seen (even lower than on-line sellers).

Good luck,
Jerome

Jerome - Yes! That's the place I had heard of before, from you, I'm guessing. Thank you for your help once again.

I'd like to back Radial Tire in Silver Spring--- I live 5 minutes away in Bethesda and that's where everybody goes for performance tires. They are very quick and stock just about every size there is. They get a lot of exotic cars, M3s, and porsches and they're just nice guys to deal with.

Mark in Baltimore,I have a set of 4x18 FM10's off of my '97 993TT with new Dunlop race rubber mounted. The set is at Autometrics in Charleston SC. Speak to Gordon Freidman for pricing. They are in good condition, and can be bought reasonably.Their phone # is 843-763-7356 or on the web at www.autometricsmotorsports.com
