Interesting idea, but how do you get out of the car? Looks like the wheels/fenders are still in the way and you would have to climb over the door, out the window?????? Not so sure it's such a winner?!

Agree Scott.
1) Needs a winch. Problem solved.
2) Needs an 'enclosed' version. That would be extra cool.

Then again, this is just more crap to break.

It looks like you can raise the trailer bed high enough to exit the car, then lower it back down to the preferred height for towing.

It would suck though if airbags decided to grenade or leak while towing. Wonder if it has a mechanical locking mechanism just in case that happens if not it should have one anyway. Mike

Are you talking about the trailer airbags or the ones in your avatar?

And how exactly would you do that from inside the car?

Not as cool as the merc, but this gives you a full air ride suspension and the trailer kneels for loading. Was looking at retrofitting, would save a ton of screwing around with ramps and removing splitters....

These guys have a small keychain-style remote. I've looked at them before, but not in person. From the video it doesn't look like it gets quite low enough for my car. At least not with the splitter.

$12K + $1 per mile from CA is pretty steep
