The Metzger engine isn't immune to this type of problem. After a rebuild I had the oil pump on the back of the left hand cylinder head sheer the bolts and fall off, spraying oil all over the track and ex manifold. No fires but close call I expect. We were unable to find any 6mm bolts strong enough to hold it on and had to switch to 8mm bolts to make it reliable. I can see why weak bolts might be a problem with the 991
