there have been issues with some of us running 15's but they are standing behind them and fixing and from what we understand new production is not impacted

Great! Awesome after sales service. Had a set of 17's that I wanted to flip the rear centers. 1 bolt broke in the process. Ryan sent me replacement bolts for all 4 wheels!

I had 3 sets of 18 inch wheels with no issues. They also repaired them after I had a couple of off road excursions.

From previous posts I gathered that. I have never read anything negative.

i had an issue with my set (was chasing it for a long while until we finally figured out it was the wheels).
sent back to ryan and they were fixed and so far have 2 race weekends on them and problem is fixed. just had to pay shipping back to him.

Only other issues ive had is with timing. I was out one race weekend because the wheels never arrived as promised (i think 2 weeks late) , and had one other time where the shipping took longer than expected....so just plan ahead for a little longer than promised and Sometimes its hard to get in touch with anyone at the office (that week and a half when i was hoping for a tracking number)
otherwise they are rediculously light and do a good job with heat.

I've done business with them, I recommended a few friends and I'm still working today with Ryan on another order. Great wheel.

There is at least one racer in my area that has had multiple issue with the wheels even after the "problem" with the design was "fixed". Jongbloed is a few miles from my house but I would not buy wheels from them.

Bogart makes a much better wheel....

Ryan and your gouma have one thing in common, never ask them for a delivery time.. and if they say they are late, just ignore it.

I really like my Jongbloed wheels. That said, it takes a lot of patience to deal with him/them. I must have heard "You should have your wheels next week" a dozen times.

Ok, I'm getting the picture here. Good product, good intentions, poor follow thru. Sounds like they need to practice underpromise overdeliver. Confirms my pre-thread impression (I'll spare you the story - nobody died, but I was thinking about strangling someone through the phone). Thx everyone for responding.
