BIG congrats to Sean F. for really kicking it up a notch and running like a maniac in D! I was there, but wasn't, just not sure what my problem was (mental?). Gums and Steve Katz ran great, most people in the lower SP classes were very good and aware but i'm glad I will be running in another group at the Glen!

Oh, and nice to meet you Bill C., would have liked to meet Tyler but he was passing our 185HP SC's (Sean's included) like we had the E-Brake on! At least only one 944 oiled us... and one SPB antifreezed us - THANKS again Bela!

It was not a good morning in the Deman Motorsport area today. But he and his crew are pro's and not a lot of slack was noticed by any of us ... especially as the day wore on.

Motorcyclist dies after colliding with car on Route 7 in North Canaan


NORTH CANAAN >> A 27-year-old man was prounced dead on the scene after his motorycle collided with a car on Route 7 on the intersection of Grace Way early on Saturday morning.

Fortunato N Gordon of Piermont, NY, was traveling northbound on his BMW motorcylce on Route 7 when he collided with another vechile traveling soutbound. He was wearing a helmet.

According to an accident repoter filed by the Connecticut State Patrol, the driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries and was transported to Sharon Hospital.

He was released later that day.
The accident is still under investigation, according to the accident report.
