And you are correct about the direction of the class. We tried the stripped down E way for years with minimal car counts. Would have kept it that way if the car counts where there. But E class is so successful, there was little cross over.

The change to the GT way was done with the idea attracting more of the GTS cars to also race in Super Cup/SP3 class and improving the field sizes. Only time will tell if it was the right direction to take the class.
