What has been decided about run group placement? Will non-Suncoast instructors still be required to run in the white solo group and ONLY Suncoast instructors allowed in the top group?

We allow advanced solo drivers to drive in the instructor group (expanded passing) during at least one session a day. We split them up so there are one third of them in every red session. There are also now 4 advanced solo sessions a day. So advanced solos get to run 5 sessions a day, with one of them being in the expanded passing session. Baby steps...

Also, last de there was only ~ 15 advanced solos. Passing wasn't an issue as most of them came in saying it was like a private track session...

All PCA instructors are placed in the red group and given red bands, allowing them to run in yellow (advanced solo) or red (instructor.) Per PCA national, expanded passing may only be run in instructor groups. However, one need not be an instructor ro run in an instructor group, which is how we allow the yellows to run in red.

So to be clear: If you are a PCA National instructor and register for this event, I'm going to put a red band on you, regardless of which region you come from. If you haven't run Sebring before, I'll do my best to NOT give you a student.

Wow, I didn't realize that ever happened. I think that's assinine, and I'm sure the new CTI would too. Not going to happen again on our watch.

Yes. It's a word doc. I dont know how to display it here. If you know someone who was at our November event, it's identical.
