If you're going to use it a lot, get a bead seat. They are the best and easier than the expanding foam.

Check out Bride seats. Made in Japan with an LA distributor. When I was setting up the Griffith for the track, needed something extremely small in terms of footprint, height and depth. Very happy with the quality.

The smallest seat I've found is the Sparco Circuit VTR, a halo seat. It's probably out of production, but you could use its dimensions (if you can find a spec sheet) to compare against others currently available. It fits both my 90-lb wife and me. We made up a cushion for her using kitchen mats as someone else suggested. The mats work great.

Paddy:
If a head containment seat is an option, have her sit in a Sparco Ergo. They come in small, med, large. We have all three sizes in stock. Open this Saturday 10-2 as well as 9-6 M-F. if you come out Sat, see you then since I am working the store this weekend. We'll have something in stock that will work for her.

You may want to also look at the Recaro Pole Position. It won't be the smallest in terms of hugging the hips/torso but the harness slots for the shoulders are very low, so they could be well positioned if your wife is using a HANS.

Hey Mark, yeah we got it in. It was a tight fit though, partly because of the way my cage was built. Love the seat! If the shoulder harness holes were wee bit lower it would be just about perfect. Feel much safer, but not as easy getting in/out of the car as the old seat.
