Do you still have the Dunlop slicks for sale. Did you purchase them new? If so when? In other words how old are they? I am in phoenix area. Regards, Andrew 760-885-8357

Im sorry, didnt see your message. this is the mildest form of racing out there. great drivers, no incidents, and not many cars. you could bring anything out there in full confidence that you would have no issues with traffic and other cars. most of the time, you are on track alone. qual and practice. if you are not. let two cars pass you and you will be !
The DE day will be very mellow as well. you will be as near other cars as you want to be. no racing on the DE day, only the SCCA race weekends are there races

Wouldn't worry about matching any numbers. But I would worry about the rebuilder. Personally, I would want to have my own tranny rebuild by someone I have researched in my general area of the country. Shipping is expensive. Look for a Mercedes rebuilder.

I am located in CT 06840. It is not that I need a transmission, but I have 117K on the car and was just wondering when it will need rebuilding and saw a freshly rebuilt with warranty for $1900 delivered with the PSD as I have a 1990 928S4 with PSD. The spec said it is out of a 90 S4 also.
Then the question is, should i rebuild my own tranny as then it would remain a numbers matching car?
