The funniest part of the race..
Lotus Race Engineer to RG, " Don't hold Kimi, he is much faster" (or something to that effect).

See for yourself, how much faster Iceman was from RG.

2. Button McLaren-Mercedes + 8.959
3. Alonso Ferrari + 15.227
4. Di Resta Force India-Mercedes + 19.063
5. Rosberg Mercedes + 34.784
6. Raikkonen Lotus-Renault + 35.759
7. Grosjean Lotus-Renault + 36.698

8. Massa Ferrari + 42.829
9. Ricciardo Toro Rosso-Ferrari + 45.820
10. Webber Red Bull-Renault + 47.175
11. Perez Sauber-Ferrari + 50.619
12. Glock Marussia-Cosworth + 1:31.918
13. Kobayashi Sauber-Ferrari + 1:37.141
14. Hulkenberg Force India-Mercedes + 1:39.413
15. Pic Marussia-Cosworth + 1:42.925 (*)
16. Kovalainen Caterham-Renault + 1:47.967
17. De la Rosa HRT-Cosworth + 1 lap
18. Senna Williams-Renault + 2 laps

It is easily the least exciting race of this season. That being said, bad luck put Hammy out of the race and no one else was able to catch Vettel. Button drove a good race and has a really nice looking girlfriend

I know, I just don't understand why people still need to get creative. It is allowed as per the rules. Team orders are allowed.

I truly hope Schumi had a car malfunction............if not he and team should realise what he has to do.

To bad for Hammy but, as they always say, thats racing which pretty much seals McLarens fate.

Looking forward to Suzuka, a good racers track.

Boring race. Vettel didn't do anything extraordinary. He got handed the win with both Hammy's and Maldonado's DNF's. Just stating the facts. Suzuka will be more indicative of the true pace at RBR.

Vettel's lap one pass on Maldonado was pretty nice.

No need to mention Vettel's pass on Maldonado but what about the fact that Maldonado was behind Vettel when he retired?

Moot point. He would've won the race even if he'd done nothing, as the two cars ahead of him at the start retired due to mechanical problems. Thus my point, he got handed the race. Vettel is a good driver, but it kills me to see everybody sucking up to him. Alonso is a far better driver, even Hamilton may be, on his good days.

Now if you call passing Maldonado a great achievement, then so be it. I stand by my original assertion, he did nothing extraordinary and got handed a win.

Vettel vs. Alonso in the same car? I'm taking Vettel every time.

To split hairs: I'd take Vettel in qual for pure speed and FA in a race (with better over racecraft).

That is an interesting question. Most everyone on Rennlist will agree with you. However, I wonder if most team principles would disagree with you.

10, maybe 12 pages....
