Thanks for all the tips. I quit instucting due to a really bad episode in a stock Saleen mustang(throw yourself around violently in a chair for 30 min) and sometimes it happens while racing.

One of the best coaches I know wears a sea-sickness patch.

Walgreens sells wristbands that have a small pea shape inside. Made a big difference for me and no drug side affects. I mostly wear them when instructing as that is where I sometimes get nausea. Also, keep hydrated and stay away from greasy foods like the delicious brats at Road America!

Did you guys have this from the get go or it just developed? I've not experienced it and hope like heck I don't. I did see a number of guys wearing sc patches last weekend.

I've struggled with this from the beginning... tried everything.
Number one cause of motion sickness as a driver (or passenger) is not looking ahead, through the turns. You'll notice you get much sicker learning new tracks, or in turns you're focusing on the apex too much as you drive through it.
The scopolamine patch works wonders for me. I started with a full patch, now at half a patch. Put it on the night before and leave it on all weekend. Dry mouth was a bit annoying with a full patch, no side effects with the half patch. The blurry vision is only nearfield, i.e. closer than 12 inches or so... no big deal.
The brain is an interesting thing, once you go out there and not get motion sickness, you can often stop treatment and the motion sickness won't come back...

Students (some) make me ill. Sometimes I make myself sick.
Solution- 1/2 non-drowsy Dramamine and/or sniffing an alcohol swab while gridded.
I recently recalled the latter as my very first instructor took out one of these. An older guy, he offered that it wasn't me (er, necessarily) and he just suffered routinely from nausea and used them as a preventative measure. Work great.

Anyway, on the track it got progressively worse as I got faster and started using sticky tires. For me it's the high G-forces in fast corners that does it. I can instruct novice students with little problem, more advanced students cause me problems. Hence, the patch.

I would try acupuncture or herbs to relieve the nausea.
By the way, a county girl (Mary Ann in cut off jeans) would be my choice over a gold digging wanna be Hollywood starlet (Ginger).
