Had the same issue at Mid-Ohio and after taking a pill in the morning problem was solved.

Hope it helps.

I get motion sick while instructing drivers who aren't very smooth. Lately I've decided that instructing just wasn't worth it anymore. I'd have all day headaches and just feel like crap. Most days I instruct, I'm also driving. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed communicating with and mentoring drivers. Ginger root never worked. I have a box of SC patches, but never actually tried them. Not real excited about the possible side effect I guess.

It's very rare that motion sickness affects me behind the wheel. One time I was at The Tail of the Dragon. I did a couple passes at 7/10's and was very alert, almost intense. Then I backed down to 5/10's and took it easy. Almost immediately I had mild motion sickness from the undulations and switchbacks.

Anyone try Afrin and Pseudophenerin? I should start them the day before?
