Default 962 wheel nut socket

I recently purchased a 962 and I noticed that the lug nuts are 76mm. I am looking for one of the sockets that the indy cars use (with a series of teeth instead of a standard hex pattern). I can't find one for sale any where. Can anyone point me in the right direction

Sorry I have no information, but this is one of the most epic things I've read on this forum:

Well, that's what you get when you buy a used car . . .

Kidding! Pics?

Impressive - both the car and the Grainger find.

Is it one of the spline drive type wheel nuts like what F1 uses?

If so, they're made by an Italian company named Dino Paoli (http://www.paolipitstop.com/), their website is down right now, but I believe you can buy them directly from them.

Look in the glove box next to the owners manual or up front with the jack and tool kit.

BTW you don't fess up to having a car like this and not post some pix....

Couldn't hurt to check with other guys who prep the cars.

Amalfi racing has the Jagermeister car and it's out enough on track that I'm sure they change the tires
Renngruppe Motorsports has one I think too.

Mike passed away a couple of years ago and everything was sold. I beleive Klaus is still working under that name in Jupiter, FL though.

I would imagine that Kevin Jeannette of Gunnar Racing should be able to help with sourcing that tool.
