I've been wondering if they will make the newbie PCA guys wear rookie stickers ? They are rookies to PCA, although not really rookies to racing.

Well, do I jump in with a "new" car on a track I don't know, get my *** handed to me by the TX boys while I get the Rookie stuff taken care of, or...wait for a track I know with a "friendly" crowd?

I would really like to see you come down to TWS, and I hate to talk you out of it, but I honestly would do my first race on a track that I knew well. Others will no doubt disagree with me within the next 30 seconds or so...

Kai, there will be an open track afternoon (1-5 PM) on the day before, Thursday March 15th. Was originally gonna be a full day, th etrack is making it a half day now. You can learn the track, then spend Fri-Sat-Sun getting the rookie stuff out of the way and having fun.
