if you use slicks the weight/hp ratio changes and you would have to add weight or restrict HP. From what I can see a cup car at 2750 with driver could only have 324 rwhp with DOT's

I'm definately running the 968 for 2012. Business would have to be pretty good for me to "switch" over for '13! While I think the cup is the better way to go I would have to run in GTS-4 and not sure if I want to jump 1 or 2 classes.

I will have the Boxster S competing at NASA NAtionals this year, although it's not a Cayman,it is for sale at a reasonable price, and you should come look at it while at Nationals. It's much more reasonable to maintain than a Cup, and is a very well built and proven car. Hopefully it will prove itself some more while at Nationals.

Yep, GTS3 it is !

Also will have a 996 there competing in another class.
