I just watched that last night. Amazing car. He was even screaming past other 935s on the straights. He must have bigger *****, or perhaps a better feel for traction launching off of the corners.

He makes the 935 look easy to drive though I'm sure it's not....
It reminded me of a typical DE event with the divergence of speeds and drivers who never use their mirrors....

Thanks for sharing. He passed me (Rothmans 944) a couple of times in every session. I also noticed how he increasingly got more aggressive throughout the weekend in passing cars. It was fun to watch nonetheless.
There was some paddock talk that this car and Canepa's white 935 have benefited from further development beyond their period pro race history. While this may be true, I wouldn't doubt that skilled driving has something to do with the decent lap times.
