But how many ESP GPs does she honestly need to showcase her talents. Wouldn't one be enough?
They could give the Valencia race to Togo- they don't even have one.

Worst tracks on the F1 Calender: Hungary and Valencia
Drive of the race: Vettel for going post to post
honorable mention: Alonso. He really did show today that he could raise a subpar car higher than he should have. McLaren seems to be slipping a bit. So is Renault.
I'm tired of street circuits. Let go to a proper track like Silverstone.

Another FIA rule change mid season to slow down Red Bull? This is really becoming a bit too much.
Just watched the "Euro GP" and it was as always a snooze fest. Worst venue of the season. I love F1 but my hatred of FIA knows no bounds. Go Seb!

Disclaimer: I am not an Alonso fan ... but he did drive a good race today.
I am not sure how well Massa would have done had Ferrari not messed with Massa's first pit stop keeping the Brazilian out there with worn tires. I doubt Massa would have passed Alonso, but Ferrari appears to have sacrificed Massa and Hamilton was there to take advantage of Ferrari's generosity. No Alonso drove well, almost as well as Vettel. It seemed like every driver had one or more issue today. Every driver except Vettel who has increased his championship lead ... again.
It was Hamilton who was whining "I can't go any slower" or "I can't go any faster". Lewis is a fast driver, but he sure did not do a good job managing his tires today. Of course he did take home 4th place, so there are plenty of other drivers who would like to trade places with him.
Up next Silverstone where the FIA is changing the rules. Will it have the effect they so dearly desire?

Not the best race of the season but I do not understand the hate some people have for Valencia. It is a street circuit yes. But it is still a fast track, some high speed sections followed by a lot of 90 degree turns. But turns 19 through to 24 are taken flat out and I can only imagine the G-Forces the drivers go through braking for turn 24. Sure it is a low grip track because it is not a dedicated race track, but it's not the only low grip track on the F1 circuit. For most of the race the top three drivers were within 3 seconds of each other and there was some great battles going on in the mid field. I think this was only the 4th time in F1 history that not a single car dropped out of the race, but this is more a case of the teams building reliable cars within the existing regulations and not the track.
Or did people hate this race simply because McLaren and Ferrari did not win? Don't worry the FIA has plans to bring Red Bull back to earth starting at the next race. But while Red Bull and Renault may be effected (only time will tell), I sure hope all the Red Bull haters are also not Lotus lovers because it appears that Lotus might be effected the most since their entire 2011 car was designed around these blown diffusers.
If people want close finishes in every race they may be watching the wrong motorsports discipline. They can always watch NASCAR which throws out a yellow flag a few laps before the end of every race to purposely bunch up the field. It will be a sad day in motorsports if/when F1 starts emulating NASCAR.

BOOORING....
Vettel had another perfect race. Alonso made the best of what he did and Webbo was thwarted again.
Still the track is dull dull dull. Nothing interesting about it all all.

Monaco may not have a lot of passing, but you have to appreciate the skill these drivers have in being millimeter perfect lap after lap at a high rate of speed. Tradition and glamore are bonuses at Monaco.
Canada is a great street circuit because you CAN pass on multiple parts of the track.
Valencia is none of the above. Sterile is what I describe it.
I was happy to see A Ferrari actually beat A Red Bull straight up. I made my peace after the 4th race of the year knowing that Red Bull/Vettel would not be caught this year, but it hasn't diminished the fact that the tires/DRS combo have made it exciting to watch.
