Default Alcon Floating Rotors

I am also working on a group buy for ALCON slotted Floating Rotors sized
318 x 28. These are OEM replacements for the Boxster S, 996, 997 or Cayman.
They are not for the GT3 nor Turbo configuration.

The minimum order needs to be 4 people... Any interest?

Interested, do they specify what they weigh? I weighed the PFC floating rotor and it was 2 lbs. heavier than the OEM cross drilled rotor. I need less not more weight at the corners....

They said they were lighter... But, did not specify. Later Today/tomorrow I will get an actual weight for you JR.

No they are not, I have a Grand Am car and these are floating rotors, the friction material is only bolted loosely to the hat, so it can "float". Maybe I just can't see the bolts on the pictures above, are they on the sides unlike the GT3 cup version?

I have a 997 GS car sitting here in the shop (friends that I am working on) that has larger versions of these on it... TRG uses them on many of their cars.

Here is an enlarged view of the Floating hardware.... The reason for this deisgn is to permit OEM fitment without adding spacers or other items to move your caliper away from the hat.

That;s what I was asking, they don't look like real floating rotors in the pictures above as the floating hardware is hidden. no need to be rude
