That would work! problem is , where to you put the darn things when you want to drive it.
I forgot the CFM, and pressure, but i tested out a electric shop vac that put out 3psi, but barely enough flow to feed a lawnmower engine. gas shop vac might do it (or blower) and two gas blowers. there we go 3psi, 20% HP increase!!

His car is fast, just look at the start of he race. Much faster than a 997 cup from probably 30-130. Not as fast from 130-160.
Having supplied and consulted on the gears in Chris' box I know that a piece of his advantage lays right there. The vast majority of sequential Cup Cars I've come across in PCA racing run the stock out of the box ratios in them. They're pretty good at a wide variety of tracks but are not as optimized as what Chris is running. He's actually got both a 5spd box and a 6spd box that we've regeared so he can change boxes and run whatever is quickest at a particular venue. If we were to regear a 997 Cup specifically for a track (or even identically to Chris') I don't think the Cup would be faster than him, assuming that the Cup Car had the right driver in it.

Chris is a pretty good benchmark. He holds a few track records and is a really good driver IMO. But take him over to 997 Cup Car with equivalent gear ratios, and give him a weekend to learn the car and I think he would be faster than he is in his personal air cooled car.

437hp at 7200rpm? wow, RSRs are making stupid power.
Well, wrong?? I dont think so. the last RSRs were in the 250- 270 range. But, you numb nut, the point is,
317ftlbs of torque is not a "torque" monster!

This is a torque monster!

Listen here tough guy, what part of 317 doesnt equal 332ft-lbs, understand? so, You are wrong too!

Get off the high horse and enjoy the fact that these little porsche motors at 4 liters are making such incredible power. But keep in mind, I still have the dyno of the 2002 RSR with 440 rwhp, which is over 500. so, all the published numbers mean nothing. they are all sand banging

and just so you understand, engine torque means squat! look at the GT2 vet, think it has any advantage with near double the porsches "torque"?

Now, back to the self promotion channel Dave!
