Brian A told me that the town was pushing back on its planned construction.
It would be nice to have a 3-mile track within 2 hours drive.

The town has been fighting it for years, but they keep losing their battles. The track is inching it's way towards completion. Check out this simulation they put together.

3 +/- miles length and 300' elevation changes. It's very cool.

Looks like it could be a great driver's track. Hard for me to visualize how it'll be from a racing perspective.

Before getting to excited about this track do a little research on how many people have lost a lot of money investing in this track. This has been going on for over 7 years, and the town is almost totally against it.

from the website:

Valley Motorsports Park is located in Tamworth, NH on Route 25, 2 miles west of Route 16. Tamworth is approximately 20 miles south of Conway NH and 11 miles east of Moultonborough, NH. It is centrally located between the White Mountains and the NH Lakes Region and is roughly two hours north of Boston.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that track or the one in MA... but at least you can run it in rFactor!

Way better than the ATV tours they did in 2004 when the track was "well under way" and really cranking along.

I doubt this thing will ever go anywhere other than court to get money back to the people who paid in...

Shoot, that's why Skip Barber couldn't sell more of his "gonna be" Cool-Aid... they lined up at the base of this pyramid!

From everything I have heard this track won't ever go in. It is a shame as it would give that area a good shot of cash flow.

If it does finally materialize great, if it doesn't, no big deal since I am not one of the investors........

Time will tell.......

I doubt this track will ever happen, even it it does we will all be racing wheelchairs by then.

Many of us were around when this was 1st presented and did not see how it would fly.
