Thanks, folks. Yeah, the 1.7 (as well as the 3.1) is usually run CCW. Ho-hum, IMO. But CW is fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun (to me).
JR, thanks, I am sure he does. Maybe, if you'd pay, we can finally make this happen, and do some good for Make A Wish Foundation or another worthy cause.

I haven't gone CW before, looks like fun. Great driving, I always look forward to your videos!
Those gauges are moving around a lot, what are they measuring? I'm guessing oil pressure in the middle, but no idea of the right one.

Yeah, we still have a score to settle.
Hey, there is always next season. I should be able to do something then.
Cool video.
Tell us about the car. this is your racer or DE/street ride? mods?

It is also an experience having Dave sit in the right hand seat.....scream at the top of his lungs and raise the roof. I am blessed......and a little smarter.

Not to be a d*ck, but this is a pet peeve of mine.... Why is this (see circle) in the car the car at the same time as a passenger... I would (and have) refused to get in.
(rant off)
Very cool otherwise...

I am curious what the guage on the far right measures as well. EGT? I couldn't figure it out...
Also, the second guage looks like it is operating like a boost guage... I am sooo confused.

Agree that it looks like a great track for testing / tuning.
Couple of interesting non orthodox lines as judged by the wear patterns on the track. Dave can you not lighten the car any more by removing the dash, or does this affect some regulations?

LOL...the gauge is supposed to be coolant temperature....but as you can tell, either the sensor or the gauge or the connection **** the bed, and was...um...sporadic at best, before going fully **** up. So, left=oil temp, middle=oil pressure, right=coolant temp.
Helmet hook is so far away from where any passenger's head would be with harnesses on, it's not a concern.
Dash is heavy, but I am too lazy & cheap to care to remove and replace it.
Car is a 1997 M3 that I bought new in 1997 and used as a daily driver for many years. 99,9xx original miles. Original stock engine, unmodified except for cone air filter, no catalysts, and a new head gasket. No cams, etc. Moton Club Sport dampers, Eibach sways, Hankook tires.
