Meh...
No big deal. I had an EIGHTY TWO Trailex I bought from Mike Piera. He put a million miles on it going to Solo II nationals for eons. It was like that when I got it and probably worse when I sold it many years later. It's alarming at first, but mostly cosmetic in reality. Watch the shackles/bolts and springs, and if it bugs you, put a big rubber block in there as a bumper.

The same thing just happened to me while driving to Mid-Ohio.
I have a 2007 enclosed and a bunch of us were driving together. A buddy noticed that the right rear tire was bouncing around pretty violently. This only started to happen around 73mph. We pulled over, inspected and sure enough it was doing a pretty good deal of slamming into the rail. I changed out the tire/rim to the new spare and all was well. So it seems that a faulty tire is the cause of this.

Here are the repairs. The trailer deck height was raised about 3 inches but it allows for full suspension travel. I doubt the extra height will effect loading or unloading. I will say just on the brief drive from the shop home, unladen, it was quieter over the bumps/potholes.
As you can see, they reinforced and dropped the suspension pick up points.
