We have the Zamp FSA2 helmets for $169.95. It's a brand new full-face model with an SA2005 rating. At this price, it's a great deal to get you through until the SA2010's are phased in.

I've seen Kurt's helmet. I wouldn't want to put my foot in there either.

I heard that S2000 helmets are not legal for next season (2011). is that true? I have to buy a lot of gear next year. belts, suit, helmet, gloves....... There goes a race day!

The "M"or "SA" requirement varies between different clubs and regions of those clubs. Some PCA regions allow "M" rated, some do not.
The SA 2010 are due out Oct 1st. The SA 2000 helmets will phase out next year. Personally if you do more than 2-3 events a year, then I would pick up an SA 2005 helmet since there will be deals to be had on the remaining SA05 helmets once the 2010s hit the shelves . I found over the years that I want to replace my helmet after about 5 years of use. The liner gets worn, it starts to smell a little, even though I always wear a balaclava.
