I have a suit from each of the manufacturers you mentioned for either racing or karting. Unless you go custom, you should try them on as each fit a different driver's build in my opinion. I'm 6'4" and 210lbs and OMP offered the best leg length without getting too bulky in the midsection. Alpine Stars was closest to OMP for fitment. Puma didn't have the leg length without adding waist size, and Sparco was even worse.
Everyone is a different size and shape, and just like helmets, a good fit is most important.

New goals set for the upcoming year...it remains about the people...the group of VIR a$$clowns is fortunate to know each other. I worked my way into my fire suit by not eating for the last six months....much better now...45 lbs less..
