By the way, the root of the cat herding problem is not with the cats.... Ironically, that commercial is a reflection of poor leadership, not the great leadership it implied. Poor leadership chases issues. Great leadership is out in front of the issues. My favorite example is the role of commander in a Thunderbirds or Blue Angels squadron. No room for stray cats in that leader's environment.
Here's another image that presents a striking contrast to the cat commercial...
