Selling my front running D class race car
For sale is my front running D class race car based on a 1982 SC - metallic black. This car is on the podium in almost every race entered. It is capable of winning in D or E class every time out. It is one of the best prepared stock class cars in the country. The majority of the work has been performed by Dan Jacobs including the engine and transmission rebuild, suspension build and setup. Could also be a perfect track only DE car. I have roughly $80,000 invested. I built the car from scratch and can personally attest to the build quality of every component - it is a no expense spared car. Will sell with 2007 trailex trailer including upgraded wheels, winch and tire rack as perfect/ready to go to the track package. Car alone - $35,000 with trailer $40,000. A car like this does not come up for sale very often. Happy to answer any and all questions and a PPI is welcomed/encouraged. I can be reached at sfoster13 at aol.com or PM me.

If I was starting out now and thinking about racing in the near future, or if I were looking to get one of the few consistent podium cars, I would jump on Sean's car without thinking it twice.

I was thinking of doing the same thing, selling the 993 and buying a cup. Then I come back to my senses and remember how much it costs to race at that level. No doubt it is a great time to buy if you can afford the operating expenses. Flame suit on!

Definitely one of the prettiest and best built cars for D (or E if one adds minor upgrades)!!! Good luck with the sale Sean!

Ahh, I knew if you were going to Cup Car Land the ol open Trailex wasn't going to cut it!! Even in this economy that's a great deal for a winning car with all the latest/best of everything. Hope the PPI goes well for you because I can't imagine your car being FS very long... Oh, and be sure whoever buys it is west of Chicago please...
