The corvette pic is cool.
What is hanging from the passenger rear fender area? I seem to recall seeing something similar on drag race cars but I'm not sure what it does. Or is it just a loose wire!!??

Yes that is a giant puddle/river. Honestly, I just wanted to survive. It rained like mad for 3 days and I was very grateful to be able to take cover in Doug's trailer. Here is some video.
