Schumi's 1994 Benetton WDC car for sale...
Hey Pete,
Here's your chance to get Schumi's 1994 car.
The car is in: "condition as in the 1994 Formula One season with paddle shift and traction control. The car is in racing condition, with the painting and sponsoring scheme as in 1994."
Wait a second, traction control? But Schumi & Benetton never cheated?

Willing to ship the car after receiving only 30% of the cost??? 2.6 Million Euros..
If I had that kind of coin I think I'd just jump in my G5 and go see it in person and bring my mechanic with me...
But given the fact that the Ferrari cars are kept in Marenello even if privately owned this is a rare opportunity.
Just think what Sato could do in this...

IIRC (and it's been 15 years since I've read this), the traction control could only be engaged through an elaborate sequence of paddle pulling & button pushing, like the cheat codes on a video game. (i.e. pull both paddles for 3 seconds, push some button, press accelerator to the floor . . .) Benetton claimed it was only used in testing when the FIA found the code in the software.

This one is already in Wisconsin, not sure if it's for sale though....

Running with old F1 cars is really a thrill. Even if they're off-pace. Never have mixed it up with a "modern" car like this one. But a friend has a 312T2 and Williams-Judd. And occasionally I'm out there with cars from the pre-ground effects 3.0 Cosworth era.

Yeah, it was only for testing...
