I thought the GTB rule was to help the teams unload their old cars at higher prices. Prior to GTB, ex-Koni cars were selling in the $20' and $30's if you could sell them. They were stuck in GTA back then so no one in their right mind would have bought one to race in PCA.

There were probably numerous motivators behind it. I pushed for it becase my BMC cone airfilter excluded me from prepared, which would have meant running in GTA. This is why more and more people are running in NASA now.

OK...I'll throw out the same offer I made to Cosmo when he was passing his Koni car along...Even trade for a 1980 Weissach 911 SC, 1986 bone stock 944 turbo, one seriously ugly green and purlple 944 na track car and one awesome John Deere lawn tractor. Honestly folks, this is one awesome car. If you are looking this is the one....
