The M helmets fit different than SA and a large in one brand can fit different than a large in another brand. If you try a Bell M rated helmet, it will give you an idea of how the SA will fit but the liners & models are different even in with the same manufacturer.

I am all about the internet shopping method but...Helmets are one of those things you need to try before you buy. The line that runs through a good fit and too tight, too loose or wrong shape for your head is fine.
