Sheez, every other event I hear about is struggling to get enough participants. What is the cut of point for this event? I am considering doing it. My choice is between instructing with Chin at VIR on Nov. 1-2 or doing this one. Chin has a great price for instructor and I've spent enough this season, but I've never been to RA and would like to learn it.

That's the reason this event sells out. FANTASTIC time of the year and an awesome track to boot.

Yep. Likely. This is the PCA's most popular event. I would still submit a registration to be put o the wait list. There are usually a couple of drop outs.

They have over 50 students listed in "instructed" groups and around 30 instructors on the list. Something's gotta' give.

I've seen some PCA regions have 25 Greens, 25 Blues and 25 Instructors - yep - each instructor got two students...

Meanwhile, they do have a few instructor names I recognize in the Group 4 run group and one as "instruct only." I'm sure they'll have it together for the DE - why, it's Peachstate - and they always do!

And yes, if you are interested, get your name on their roster. The event isn't here yet, and as every organizer will tell you -- you lose a few and gain a few - it's like musical chairs right up to the day of the event.

Oooops! Dan and I haven't signed up yet! I better get on it. Should be a great event!!!! Usually there are a few folks who have to drop out at the last minute, so if you are interested, sign up. Plenty of us will be around to teach you the track. It is a blast!

I signed up early in the afternnon. IBTL I hope. There were maybe 50-60 at the time. Checked back at night and it looked full.
The early sign up for students was impressive. Not all will get in.

I think it has to do with knowing how to run a DE - and having folks that keep coming back for more and spreading the word....
