Thanks for the notes. This is always just based on the time that Pat has available hence the dates we are shooting for are based on his schedule. The price will be based on the dates once we get them firmed up with Pat. Many variables are involved including if we run on member days the cost will be lower but we will have less track time vs having the track privately(more$/more track time). We will use my building which includes full facilities including a raceshop(Topp Racing, tenant) that will provide trackside support and repair plus setup changes etc should they be necessary, drivers lounge, observation area and even a suite or 2 to stay in. There is a brand new best western across the street, good restaurants and bars. We usually do a social at the country club the night before to get mentally up to speed so no time is wasted the next am. There will be support instructors there in addition to storage for trailers and cars. All data acquisition is supported as are amb transponders. The track is a great facility with nothing really to hit(other than each other, don't do that!) That gives you a rough sketch and as the dates harden I will firm up the cost. There will be a 996 cup and a spec miata to rent also if you need to arrive and drive. 1 hour from dfw international airport. Unique experience is an understatement!

If possible, let's do a private track day instead of a member day. Besides more track time, I think it made the time itself more valuable the first time around. Plus we were able to do things like a track walk that would otherwise be tough to do. It's worth the extra dollars, which was priced pretty reasonably the first time around.
