The car is a 996TT, not sure what cold air pressures to start with and what hot air pressures I should run then at. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

40 hot?
generally speaking....tires will expand by 5-10 lbs....so use 7 as a starting point..
start them at 33 cold.....run a session....check pressures immediately after pulling off track..
at least its a start.

What run group are you in? What is a track and the air temps?
Generally R-Comp tires get greasy over 40psi hot. A lot of them like to be at 34-38 hot...depends on the car and set up.
For me in my 09 Carrera S with R888's at Sebring I start out at 28 and after the 1st session I am at 38. However as the day heats up I bleed air from there. The next morning cold I am usually around 26.

Finally got to the track after sorting some issues with my car. I played around with the tire pressures in the morning and settled on 36F/38R hot. The AD08 tires handle good and had decent grip, their definitely not as sticky as R compounds but they are suppose to be good in wet conditions and you can drive to and from the track without any problems.
