It was a Corvette Racing crewmember. Guy has a mohawk 'do, with tat's on the side of his head. He was in his Corvette Racing firesuit and played the national anthem horribly with his electric guitar.

While I do agree that it was a horrible rendition, I'm not sure it's that worthy of a huge controversy, IOW, it's wasn't disrepectful. I can only wonder what the track officials and ALMS officials have discussed, but blaming ALMS for the bad music on their website is in bad taste itself.
