Default Ran Monticello Motor Club yesterday

yesterday i ran the South Course with EMRA in my 08 Audi A4. Track was tight and at first i was not sure if i liked it but after the second session it was better. My best lap of the day was a 1.30 and i was running consistent mid 130;s with a stock A4 and street tires. What are you guys running in your cars?

There was this cool orange 944 there, if you see this car at the track check it out, it is very nice.

The orange car is a Eric Andkjars car I think. He was really nice guy and built it from the ground uo with a custom Lindsey racing 3.0. Puts out something crazy like 500hp at 1 bar. He was having teething troubles at the glen the other week so I hope he fixed them

Car looks amazing and must be one of the best put together 44's out there

See here for build http://www.lindseyracing.com/LR/Parts/ERICANDKJAR.html

That's Eric Andkjar's car - super nice guy. And a beautiful car.

Last fall I was doing 1:22s in my 944 Turbo (on R compound tires).

Here's a recent video of the full course from a highly evolved Ruf GTR street registered rocketship.
Can you say 700HP?

Eric's car is EXTREMELY well done! Very professionally finished. Here's a short video clip, it was the only time I actually saw him out on track during the whole two days.

Did they put any concrete down or otherwise repair the track? A month ago we were there and the track surface around the tight turns disintegrated.

Here's a full-course lap or so in my stock 997S. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSZ2XXqArG8
