fixed to the floor -- no sliders which is safer in my opinion ! if u do the sliders make sure its a double locking mechanism...

Sliders here.

If you get a halo seat, check to see if you can egress with the seat fixed to the floor and your helmet/hans on. I know I can't, which is why I don't have a halo seat in my car.

Being able to slide the seat back (assuming best case scenario) helps a lot with getting out of the car.

Sliders. It makes it easier to get the seat right. But then after putting the seat back brace in its proper place the sliders are irrelevant. As far as safety, the seat back brace keeps you from going back and the harness keeps you from going forward so I don't think it's much of an issue.
Cheers

Fixed. I can't spare the headroom for a slider even if I wanted one. Seat back brace makes it moot anyway.

My halo/HANS seat is on 996 sliders, which was custom mounted to the floor of the car. This allows me to get into and out of the car with going through the front windshield.

Fixed with a high bolster halo seat (COBRA Evolution). No point in being able to get out if you don't live through it.

Sliders. It's very hard to get out without sliding the seat back due to halo and high bolsters.

Fixed. It's a headroom issue for me, too.

Sliders would be great, but i gained about 2" by going with fixed.

Sliders but I don't use them and would like the headroom so they are coming out.

I have 2 spare sets of Sparco double locking sliders if you want em I am missing the connector handle but that is simple tubing.

Sliders. I want other people to be able to drive my car, and I want easy ingress/egress.
