Napoleon is the closest town I see on the map but Cincinnati is just North of it on I71/75. . Kentucky Speedway is a couple of miles South on I 71. Its location is very good..hope it gets new funding. Everything can be repaired, just takes time and money.

Some of my wealthier friends were recently approached by some of our old high school classmates purporting to be representing this Andy Vertrees guy. We were told there was another look being taken at salvaging the existing company and track at $6-8 Million. If that fails, my only guess is that it will likely end up dissolving the corporation all together. Perhaps that would be the best hope for the track getting finished though if the whole thing could be bought as is for a couple million.

Good to see it finally getting listed for sale. Maybe a group of strong and honest investors will get behind it and bring it to life.

It is sad to see the ad is misleading......however that is pretty consistent with how things were done by the start-up group from day 1.

"2.5-mile road course is completed. Service road improvements and clubhouse needed. Excellent opportunity to get involved in car and motorcycle racing. Population 12.5 million within 150 miles of the track. All permits are current and the track can be operational and generating cash flow in less than 120 days. Operational staff still intact for seamless startup. Derek Daley, retired Formula One driver, designed the track."

Couldn't even spell Derek's name correctly...

You can't even get up the road with an off road truck. The drainage was never finished so all the water ways will be completely eroded. finish black top was never laid. Tons of work and tons of money to finish at this point!
