Putting the cars with the anchor in the front aside, a fairly lightweight air-cooled 911, with a light nose, is great with manual steering. I have owned more than I can remember in the past 35+ years, and can precisely place the cars with no "fatigue" for many hours. I think we may need to differentiate between platforms rather than generalize.
