FWIW, I ordered a pair of Sparco racing shoes from them a few years ago...they had a GREAT deal on the pair I wanted, I ordered my "normal" size and they didn't fit too well - my return/exchange was flawless, just cost me a bit in shipping, just RETURN shipping as they shipped me the 2nd set on them.
Sorry to hear you've had what appears to be an isolated issue with them...it does sound like an understaffing problem as I recall when they first started up they were a very small outfit...and it's apparent they've grown.

This was obviously an isolated incident. The consensus is overwhelmingly leaning toward very satisfied customers. My guess is the guy was watching CNBC, realized he just lost half his net worth in the stock market, and took it out on poor TT Surgeon.

FWIW, OG Racing has a huge warehouse full of inventory. Most of that they sell is delivered from their own stock. Great sales & support guys as well. Most of them are racers.

Unfortunately, i'd say 99% of the retailers you find on google...don't stock anything. They all drop ship and are standard jobber customers from the suppliers. There are really only about 10-12 "warehouse" based safety equipment suppliers, and in the entire northeast its only about 3 main places. Saferacer happens to be a big player in the industry though, large inventory, lots of advertising/marketing.
Some places import items and are a distributor (I.e. HMS for Schroth), and some have a mix of other suppliers and their own brand (i.e. Driving Impressions for TeamDI). There are only a few brand suppliers in the US that actually make their own products under their own name.

BTW ,Runoffs aren't until next month.
They are the national sponsor for this years Runoffs.
"You have to make money off your friends because your enemies shop elsewhere".They have apparently made at least one enemy on this board.
