Default Daytona 2008PCA incar video

This is a video from the second sprint race this past weekend. I had a lot of fun trying to work my way by Jack Gilsdorf in his GT2. It was a great weekend. Thanks to the Florida Crown region for all the hard work.

Great work of the traffic Cory. I didn't see the GT2 towards the end. What happened to him?

Thanks for posting, it looks like you may have raced there before

Your 2nd gear seems really long, are all the gears changed for Daytona or is it a lower rear end ratio?

Cory-
Always love watching your videos. Great driving. I learn something everytime.
How many times did you get tagged in that race?

BTW, does anyone know where I can get a sequential gearbox for my S2?

the GT2 broke an axle. I was disapointed and relieved at the same time.

Ha, yes I've been there once or twice. We have a taller 2nd-6th in that tranny. It is geared for the pirelli's we use in rolex but the tires I used this time are taller. 31/71. It was very boggy. Way too tall and probably cost some time. We talked about it after, I think a stock gearing would have been better.

Only contact was with a cone at the bustop. I clipped it with the left rear fender flair on exit. A lot of close racing but clean.

Great video, great driving. Your car was really set up well.

Man, that red/white 993 sure had some motor.

Had me fooled. After the restart, I thought you got a little rub on with that NGT car while entering NASCAR 3.
