Castroneves indicted on Tax Evasion

So he is going to be racing in Hotlanta, but cannot travel outside of the US. That will mess him up.

This caught my eye in a story - His sister Katiucia (Kati) Castroneves, who is also his business manager, and his attorney, Alan Miller, were also indicted on Thursday.

If your attorney and business manager are indicted with you, then you may have some real problems on your hands. It moves from a star being able to claim "I trusted my accountants and attorneys" to looking more like a sophisticated tax dodge scheme.

I predict him having to pay out a lot of money, but that's an easy prediction when the IRS is involved. It's too early to tell if he will do time.
