This should be an epic race, I would say quality wise it's just about the best field ALMS has ever had! It would be nice if we could get a few consistent years of entries like this, then I think you could see sportscar racing making a serious comeback state side.

As for the BMW E92 M3 entry into the PLM I don't think it will be there. I haven't heard if the Mobile Traditions display will be there or not. That is the Rahal group that is hauling around the display car and other past BMW racecars to the different races. Last I had heard Rahal didn't have the M3 they are going to race yet. The factory is still doing testing on the cars in Europe and should deliver the cars soon. That is all rumors though.

Yup, gas is not available all of the time. It comes and goes throughout the day. No premium when they do have it. I've been hearing (not sure how accurate) that it should not be an issue by mid week, next week.

I'm no ALMS expert but is this new? I've never known the Corvettes to run in GT2. I thought they were GT1 cars.
