we've done pulled pork bbq, kielbasa, etc. we try to vary the menu a little so keep it fresh.

unless I hear otherwise, I'll have my grill with me on the 21st.

I would be glad to bring a mix of sausages from Nodine's Smokehouse ( http://www.nodinesmokehouse.com/products.asp?dept=11 ) if that helps! Maybe some Andouille, Chlorizo, Bratwurst, Hot/Sweet Italian, and Kielbasa to start out! Anyone get Paolo's recipe for the peppers?

I drove by the Quality Inn and it does look a bit "shady" and the area was less than impressive. Probably great location for the "after track" massage. The Country Inn looks a lot better and safer.

Thanks for the report Bobby.

Any issues with non-drivers getting in to view the club events? I didn't realize this was opening weekend, I would've headed down to watch!

Stayed at the Country Inn in a first floor room. Not impressive--thin towels, dim lighting and could hear avery footstep in the room above me. Bed and pillows were fine and it was clean. Free WiFi too. Just never thought I'd appreciate the Hampton Inn near Summit Point so much!
