how many vintage 911 and 944specs are expected to show? I thought this was a GT and Cupcar only event?

No, it is a Porsche only event.

There should be ~10-15 cars in the GT3 class.

Last year I think there was around 30-35 cars total, including a good number from the left coast.

Outer course can easily handle 40-50 cars at once.

I'd contact the organizers for more info

I would guess it would draw in a few local Utah 944 spec cars. Todd Imwold I believe is considering it.

Cory M-

There are a few 944 Spec guys in SLC and we are considering it if other "slower" cars come. PM if you are thinking about it.

It is open to all P car race cars. If you have a stock class car with only a roll bar there is a spot for your car. Check lappingdays.com for more details. They are expecting crowds in excess of 20K so it should be fun. three days of track time.

More details:
Split start, with the faster big cars up front. 964's, 911's, boxsters and 944's in the second wave. Tons of track time in practice, a 30 minute qualifying race and a Saturday PM trophy race. Mellow club atmosphere with PCA/POC no contact rules.
