Excellent, we will call it the "meeting of the chefs" dinner......

I will be in touch and we will plan it......

Paolo, you may have opened the proverbial "can of worms" asking out loud for a head count -- we may end up with hundreds! Well, at the moment I'm sure the number is at least 3.

Tried to, the UCR website requires a PCA member number - unfortunately since I no longer own anything with a vin starting in WPO (JN1 doesn't cut it?) I have to wait on a friend to add me to HIS memberrship. Normally on clubreg I use my BMWCCA number. grr....

Provided I can manage to register... what can I contribute food wise? I'm no Bobby Flay or Mario Batali (can you tell I watch Iron Chef at the gym?) but I'd love to help.

Tiina, don't worry, not many RL would trust an Italian dentist from Boston to cook for them!

My profession alone will scare them off....

So....

I take it I need to bring my extra Coleman air matress for the trailer? It's the same one as in the truck, but only a twin instead of a queen. Quite comfy when you get the air level right.

It occurs to me I might even start my track tire fund by selling dinner reservations for these events. There aint much in the way of hootie q-zine in town. Not much of anything for that matter!

If that means reluctant to compromise my standards, then yep... that's me, the Rennlist Blowbag.

When it comes to sleeping, I want to be as comfortable as possible without spending dumb money to get it (motel fees). I figure I'd pay the gas to haul the rig anyway, so the sleeping quarters come free! So... You are definitely camping? You can cram in your truck if you want, or I can bring my extra air matress (a nice thick & cushy Coleman) and you can crash in my big empty trailer.

We'll see on the run group assignment. That conversation continues. Yellow at the least, I'd bet. Stay tuned.
