This Rennlist forum can be a tough crowd.
But it makes me proud that no one takes this guys bait instead we flush him out. Honestly what shop that has been around as long as Rick's and serviced as many clients with type A personalities doesn't have a few complainers. He is still around with a paddock full of cars for a reason.

Every business has some people who are not happy, whether justified or not. Many times the complainers are the loudest squawkers.
